Lean Six Sigma
Frequently used to streamline manufacturing and production processes, Lean is also readily applicable in a variety of other settings as well. By using a 5-phase (6 including safety), systematic approach to eliminating various forms of waste, you can achieve improved efficiency and eliminate activities that detract from value.
Kaizen
The practice of continuous improvement, Kaizen uses a serious of small changes to achieve noticeable results over time. Whilst senior management may take the lead, individuals at all levels within an organisation are involved in implementing change in some way. Combining collective talents and increasing collaboration is an excellent way to turn your workforce into a powerful engine for improvement.
A3
Whilst all companies work to overcome the problems they experience, many objectives simply fail to address their root causes. The A3 process employs collaborative, in-depth, systematic problem-solving techniques to get to the bottom of your performance issues so they don’t have the opportunity to resurface.
Change management is pivotal to successful embedding change. We are able to utilise use your internally developed change management frameworks and toolkits or known toolkits such as PROSCI (including ADKAR) or Kotter’s.
Waterfall
The waterfall model is an easy-to-use, linear-sequential representation in which testing only begins after development processes are complete. Because model phases are completed one after another with no repetition or overlap, waterfall is most applicable when project requirements are well-defined and at little risk for change.
Agile
The agile developmental model is an incremental one during which a product or process are developed in rapid cycles. After the most recent version of a product or service is released, it is quality tested, and additional functionality added if required. Time-critical applications often benefit from an agile approach because it focuses on constant interaction between people rather than the utilisation of specific processes or tools. As a result, delivery takes place frequently, change is welcome at every stage, and design quality receives even greater-than-normal consideration.
